Spaghetti ala Greca
Ingredients
1 pack spaghetti
250 grams of low fat hamburger
2 ripe tomatoes sliced in small pieces or graded
2 onions
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kefalotyri/Caseri Cheese
Salt/ pepper
glove powder
Saute onions and hamburger in Olive Oil. You may add 3-4 tbs of red wine. Add tomatoes, glove powder. Allow it to cook slowly for 25 minutes till most liquid is almost absorbed. Boil spaghetti. Drain. Serve with sauce and cheese on top.
