Carbonara Spaghetti
1 pack spaghetti
12 slices bacon
2 eggs
3 tbsp light cream
10 tbsp kaseri cheese graded
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Boil Spaghetti drain well. Set aside. Prepare bacon drain excess greese, cut it in small pieces. Beat eggs with the cream adding salt/pepper. Heat Olive Oil, slowly add mixture of eggs/cream. Stir till lightly firm. Add bacon and spaghetti toss gently. Serve right away with graded cheese.
