Fried Bread( accompanies and compliments all salads)
500 grams flour
2tsp yeast
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Herbal Garlic
250 grams water
Feta cheese
Pepper
Dill
Disolve yeast in warm water, add flour and work dough very well.
Cut it in pieces and form it in any shape desired.Add the cheese. pepper and dill.. Fold it and fry it in skillet. Do not deep fry!
