Authentic Greek Salad

 

Tomatoes sliced
cucumber
green peppers sliced
red onions in rings or slices
kalamata Olives
Feta cheese
Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4-5 tbsp

Mix tomatoes cucumber onions peppers Olives and part of feta cheese crumbled. Add Olive Oil..gently toss. Place remaining cheese in a square piece on top of salad and sprinkle with oregano. Pour 1 tbsp Olive Oil on top of cheese. Allow salad to stay in refrigerator to sit for 30 minutes prior of serving it. Flavor becomes better as juices settle.
