Peinirli

Ingredients:
For the dough
350 grams of flour
15 grams yeast
3 tablespoons water
100 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
30 grams butter

For the filling
175 grams feta cheese 100 grams kaseri
1 egg
black pepper
cilantro
tabasco
20 grams butter

Mix  ingredients for dough very well and cover for rising..about 30 minutes. Cut dough in pieces and form little balls. Cover again and allow it to rise for another 30 minutes
 
I open each ball and form it in a shape of a small boat shape. Fold sides  Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle inwards. Place them in pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add ham or hot dogs cut in small slices and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from Oven and brush dough with butter
