Cake with Kefalotyri or Caseri Cheese and Ham

Ingredients:

I cup butter
I cup kefalotyri cheese
I cup warm milk
½ cup ham
3 cups flour
5 eggs
3 teaspoons of baking powder

Beat the egg whites separately till firm. Beat butter adding the yolks one by one. Add milk, flour and cheese. Mix very well and finally add the egg whites. Empty entire mixture in an Oiled baking bread pan. Moderate temperature for 3/4 to 1 hour
